Good and location was great

Location 10 minute walk to tokyo station and very good restaurants across the road ask the hotel and they will navigate you, clean and the staff are very helpful,

Breakfast could be better, should have a better selection, and the scramble eggs was not to my liking as japan do different Australia

None of the staff except maybe one really spoke English. But we got around.

Great Location and easily accessible from Tokyo Station

The location is great and for the price is perfect. However, the room is slightly smaller but it was comfortable. It is very close to the metro stations

The property is slightly older and the rooms are smaller side but on par with other hotels in tokyo. Nothing else to complain about other than that.

The location was good. Walking distance from Tokyo station. The rooms were cosy and very clean with all amenities placed well in the right spaces. Recommend to all who can manage in small spaces but would like to live near the Tokyo station.

Location was good, convenient for my work. Staff were polite and efficient. Amenities offerings were handy.

Clean, friendly convenient, close to imperial palace - great spot if you are a runner!!

Little bit of a walk to station but not bad. Small room if you have a lot of luggage but it was perfect for us. Compared to other rooms in Tokyo at that price it was excellent!

Overall a great stay and amazing.

The hotel’s close proximity to Kanda station, with Tokyo station just one stop away, from where you have easy access to all over. The presence of many convenience stores like seven 11, Lawsons, Family mart around. The presence of a microwave and coin laundry was a great relief for us.

Breakfast : The breakfast needs some improvement. Not many choices. There should be good spread of breakfast choice available. You reach late for BF say by 9am and the croissants are over and there is no replenishment. The room size : I traveled with my 15yr old son. Wish the room size was a little bigger, we stayed in the renewal double room and it was too too small for us.

The location about 3min walk from Kanda st. The room was okay not too small. Close with convenience store

The room is Not suitable for two adults with two kids (one is 4-year old). But the service of front desk is very good.

Near MRT, 5-10minutes walk. Very quiet

The bed is not doable bed. And, the single bed is not formal single bed. Looks like the room was two bed room, but the price is quite expensive for three bed room.

Convenient location, staff were friendly and helpful and the bed and room were very comfortable. Great value for money.

It's in the business district so it's less scenic than other locations. That said, it's very central!

Terribly small room, but the rest was really decent

Good location - about ~10 minutes to JR Kanda. A lot of amenities, including fridge, kettle, tea, heater. I liked the bathroom - a lot of space to put your towels/cosmetics on. And finally - breakfast. After reading the comments, we expected very basic, croissant-based continental breakfast - not at all! They must have changed it, because we got scrambled eggs, meatballs, pasta, broccoli, soups, ... (bufet). According to our observations, they have two sets and deliver them alternately (same set every two days). So definitely a good option to quickly charge internal batteries and go to the city.

Honestly - there was only one thing that we really dislike. But you can't say how much we hated it... I'm talking about the room space - horribly small. We were considering using a safe to keep our dirty briefs in... In the end, my bro put all his unnecessary stuff under his bed. And watch out - we got only single, medium-sized suitcase. I can't imagine how two persons with two regular suitcases can use such rooms

Nice place close to train station

Clean room, close to Kanda station which is one stop from Tokyo station.

Small room, typical for Tokyo though. Breakfast was okay but different to what I was expecting, pumpkin soup and coleslaw with Italian dressing is not what i had in mind
